Refund policy

    1. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for used or unsealed products.
    2. Returns and exchanges are eligible within 14 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by the courier), under the following conditions:
      2.1. Damaged or Incorrect Item – Exchange: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order and wish to exchange it, we will deliver the correct item free of delivery charges.
      2.2. Damaged or Incorrect Item – Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will collect the items without any delivery fees.
      2.3. Refund Method: Refunds will be arranged by agreement between both parties and processed within 5 working days.
      2.4. Customer Error (Wrong Item Ordered): If you ordered the wrong item and want to exchange or return it, you must provide an image so we can verify whether the product is unopened and unused. In this case, delivery fees will apply for both the return of the wrong item and the delivery of the correct one.
